+ What type of test(s) does Sameday offer?
We currently provide RT-PCR testing (Thermo Fisher TaqPath COVID-19 SARS-CoV-2) and Rapid Antigen testing (BD Veritor).
+ How does pricing for teams work?
Discounts for group orders are automatically applied at checkout based on volume (ranging from 10-20%). Purchased test capacity will not expire. Unused tests can be refunded in full upon request.
+ How are tests results managed & shared with the client?
Results are accessible via the Sameday Health portal. Results are also emailed to the client when available. Test results cannot be shared with supervisors due to privacy regulations (unless explicit consent is given).
+ If an individual consents to sharing their results with a supervisor, how can the supervisor view these results?
Contact [mason@sameday-testing.com] to have an admin portal created. This portal has viewing rights to anyone who signed up using a specific code (provided once bulk tests have been purchased). One email address will have access to the portal.
+ Method(s) of collecting samples (nasopharyngeal, oral, saliva, etc.)?
We use anterior mid-nasal swabs that extend less than 1 inch into the nose - exponentially more comfortable than standard invasive swabs.
+ What is your current turnaround time for testing?
Currently, we have priority turnaround times anywhere from 12-36 hours (dependent on location). We are striving to get under a 12hr TAT at all of our sites. We also offer Rapid Antigen Tests, which return results in 15 minutes.
+ Do you have options for onsite testing?

+ How is Sameday providing a faster turnaround time?
We use custom-built and fully integrated software systems, connecting our clinical staff and laboratories. This allows us to deliver the fastest turnaround times consistently. We also have internal laboratories in our large testing markets with strategic partner laboratories in other regions.
+ Will the test capacity I purchase ever expire?
The test capacity you purchase does not expire. The coupon code will be valid until all tests are used or we can offer a refund of the unused test capacity.
+ Is there a doctor or physician available to help with positive cases and answer any questions an employee may have?
Yes, our doctors are available for Telehealth support from 7am-8pm PST.
+ What is the lead time/set-up required to begin testing?
The fastest process is to book online. Any of our testing sites can be used by your team during their opening hours without any advance notice. For on-site testing we require a 24 hours notice.
